Engr &release motor systems including stators, windings, rotors, magnets, electronic printed circuit boards, &embedded SW in Embedded C programming language for motor control, for automotive cooling fan modules, mechatronic auxiliary pumps, &mechatronic actuators, using CATIA V5, SAP, SAP PEPSI, SAP GECOS, & Teamcenter tools. Analyze winding diagrams & schematics. Develop & release mechatronic Cooling Fan Module components including radiator & car body interfacing shrouds, fan blades, fans, & motor housings complying to internal & OEM customer noise &vibration, environmental & durability requirements while meeting optimal strength, rigidity, acoustics requirements & standards. Develop & approve test plans, FEA reports including SW simulation of components & part reaction to application of forces, using Ansys, Solid Edge tools. Perform Mold flow analysis including SW simulation of plastics material flow in injection molding tools using Auto-desk Moldflow tool. Coordinate engineering reviews with Project Manager, Designers, & Engineers to ensure project industrialization, manufacturing feasibility & optimum supply chain logistics. Bachelor, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or related. 24 months experience as Engineer, engineering, developing & releasing electromechanical system including electronic printed circuit board, & defining SW parameter for applicayion specific motor control, for automotive electromechanical or mechatronic pump & actuator, using CATIA V5 & Teamcenter tools, or related.
