Parsons/MAI looking for an experienced Planning, Policy & Business Analysis (Production Support/Facilities Specialist) to a dvise and assist with strategic planning, policy and business analysis: develop government mission and vision statements; perform trade studies and assess trades between functionality and security risk management; develop process improvement recommendations and facilitate quality improvement efforts; translate operational requirements and mission needs into technical terminology and specifications; formulate internal and/or external policy; provide assessment and recommendations of new policy or changes. Develop, apply, and validate operational metrics and performance risk assessments. Advise on the planning, design, reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, buildings, and facilities dedicated to the geospatial intelligence enterprise.
This is a proposal effort and pending award is anticipated to be available approximately 01 January 2012.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree or equivalent - 7 to 10 years of specialized experience
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Be motivated and a self-starter who is able to prioritize their workload.
- Bacground in coordinating space/system upgrades is a must.
- Proficiency in design/drafting to produce conceptual floor plans/layouts of space/equipment is required.
- Knowledge of automated design/drafting software such as AutoCAD is required.
- Logistics/asset management experience is required.
- Familiar with station policies and security practices is required.
- CLEARANCE: A current TS clearance with SCI access is required.
