Contributes to the performance of client organisation(s) by applying a comprehensive understanding of business and human capital expertise to align organisational and individual performance with the business mission and targets. Support management and senior staff with the implementation and administration of international payroll(s) for Aetnas existing global locations, as well as, expansion to new global locations. Responsible for completing specific projects including analysis, compliance, and research associated with international payroll(s). Subject matter expert for payrolls as assigned.
Administer payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing both in house and via payroll bureau.
Oversee and administer international pension schemes for payrolls as assigned.
Assist senior staff with resolving payroll issues raised by employees, HR or managers.
Coordinate processes associated with year-end activity including annual tax statements, P11d returns and any other statutory declarations as required
Administration of benefits as they relate to payroll(s).
Assist senior staff to ensure compliance with Aetnas policies and procedures as related to payroll activity, as well as ensuring the business is following any applicable government regulations in areas of operation where payroll is processed.
Actively participate in the departments projects, which may include special HR projects.
Exhibit strong presentation, collaboration and relationship-building skills across the organization.
Payroll and/or tax experience desired.
2-4-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
