Ground Support Specialist (2000900) - Remote
Where the Chemistry Happens
This role will provide Business Development and Technical Support at target accounts focusing on product and systems solutions, driving existing and new technologies and value while expanding relationships. There will also be responsibility to build and develop a solid network of contacts, delivering expertise to customers and prospects. Lastly, you will support technical sales force in developing knowledge and expertise in Ground Support systems.
Formula for Success
Working and demonstrated knowledge of ground control systems for underground mining and civil development projects.
Knowledge and practical experience with:
Underground rock mechanics - evaluation, modeling, ground control
Various types of ground support systems - design & installation procedures
Hard-rock & soft-rock ground consolidation
Additional knowledge in the disciplines below is a plus:
Resin Injection support systems
Shotcrete, mix design & application
Education: Mining Engineering or Civil Engineering degree required.
