/The Opportunity:/As an Inside Commercial Representative (ICR), you'll be responsible for taking a high volume of inbound calls, assisting current customers, and closing new customer sales. You'll be the customers' primary contact, maintaining a strong customer relationship and handling service requests while earning monthly monetary incentives for closing new business.
To ensure we are able to handle our customers' needs, our employees must be punctual, dependable and reliable.
Our representatives don't work late night shifts and have limited weekend hours.
Fluency in French and English
Excellent verbal, written and keyboarding skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
High school diploma or GED
Two (2) or more years of customer service or call center environment experience
Currently, most of our representatives are working remotely. Candidates who are selected for this position will work with a blended approach remotely and in-office based on business needs. A requirement to working remotely is the ability to do the job in a designated work area in your home.
Additionally, you must live within driving distance of one of our office locations, and have the ability to commute as needed to one of the office sites listed below:
