    Role: Sr. Director, Business Planning Ops - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

    Location: Any US Oracle office, with preference for Miami or San Antonio

    Candidate will assume responsibility for management and oversight of ACS Business Operations in Latin America supporting both ACS Sales and Delivery organizations.

    The Sr. Director is designated as a key leadership role within the ACS Global Sales Operations team that includes management of direct reports, provides sound business advice to LAD executive leadership on P&L management to drive achievement of fiscal year financial targets drives, enforce policies and procedures that monitors and supports ACS LAD operational and financial business objectives. This role is the key business partner for the LAD GM. The role supports the ACS business (Sales, Delivery, Regional/Global Sales Operations teams) as well as directs and ensures the implementation of operational policies through subordinate managers as well as interacts internally and externally with executive management, providing negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy. Interfaces Global Finance who provides support post booking processes and facilitates issue resolution and escalations. Is primary contact for LAD systems user support issues (opportunity to contract).

    Key Competencies:

    • Strong knowledge/experience leading the Finance functions within the Software Industry (experience within Sales Operations highly preferred)

    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

    • Ability to manage processes, and identify cross-functional issues

    • Demonstrated leadership skills

    • 10+ years operations/finance experience, to include 5+ years within a leadership function

    • BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience; MBA preferred

    • Fluent in Spanish required, with Portuguese a strong plus

Provides analysis and advice to management in the areas of operations, resource management, finance, revenue accounting, pricing, and/or contracts. May also be responsible for administration, knowledge management, and/or communications.

    Develops and monitor P&L forecasts. Develops and monitor metrics to measure other key performance indicators and group performance. Performs competitive analysis. Creates pricing strategy and cost accounting (business modeling) for projects. Reviews contracts for terms, pricing and approvals. Work with account team to close deals. Interfaces with client to resolve contract/delivery disputes. May be responsible for directing resource management staff, ensuring maximum utilization. May be involved with compensation and bonus process. Manage no less than two direct reports.

    Directs and ensures the implementation of operational policies through subordinate managers. Interacts internally and externally with executive management, providing negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired.
