    KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director to join our Finance and Accounting organization.


    • Oversees the individual income tax compliance, tax counseling, tax projections, tax notices and other financial related support for the partners of the firm

    • Review work papers, tax returns and related work products prepared by staff members for accuracy and conformity with tax law and documentation standards

    • Manage high volume client load with minimum supervision in addition to managing one or more projects throughout the year


    • Minimum five years of progressive experience preparing federal and state individual tax returns for clients; preferably within a professional services environment

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting from an accredited college/university

    • Strong technical skills in the following areas: High Net-Worth Individuals, Partnership and Multi-State Taxation Theory

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid research skills and the ability to work well in a team environment and/or independently

    • Strong client management skills, ability to gain the confidence of the client and communicate complex tax matters in a manner client can understand

    • Licensed CPA or Enrolled Agent required
